We first came across Samantha when we were still living in the UK and planning a move to Vancouver Island (we'd been trying to understand the real estate market and found a video she'd made on YouTube that was super useful). Thank goodness we did! She helped to demystify the whole process for us and supported us along the journey, from initial video chats and WhatsApp messages before we arrived in Canada, to some impressive scheduling of viewings when we lived out of town and had some difficult logistics getting to Port Alberni. She did a great job of showing us houses we might otherwise have dismissed so we could get a proper feel for the different locations and types of property.
